Commissions

Currently I have 3 slots open (first come, first serve)! Otherwise, you will be placed on a waitlist (if indicated on the form). I will send you an email if your commission has been selected.

Terms of service

General information

  • All commission slots are first come first serve.

  • You may request more than one character in one drawing, or multiple drawings from me. Please specify this in the form. Please note that the cost listed is for ONE character.

  • Commissions are for personal work only. Please contact me at [email protected] for commercial work.

  • Please start by filling out my commission form.

  • I retain the right to decline commissions at any time.

  • Threats and rude behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and bans from future commissions.

  • All communications for the commission will be completed through email, unless further discussed.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service.

Art

  • I retain all rights to commissioned art work, and am allowed to post, display, and promote myself with the art work.

  • The commissioner is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for personal use (eg. icons, wallpapers, etc).

  • The commissioner is PROHIBITED from reproducing the art for profit or taking credit in creation of the art.

  • Any involvement of my art in NFTs, AI, or blockchains is PROHIBITED.

  • A high quality file without watermark (but with a small signature) will be sent via email to the commissioner.

Time and Process

  • The commission may take up to two months for completion. If I may require more time, the commissioner will be notified.

  • Reference poses and photos are MANDATORY. Otherwise, an extra 10$ fee will be added. (Reference pose can be a stick figure!)

  • If you have a preferred lighting/expressions/etc please let me know ahead of time!

  • I will send progress updates throughout the process! You may also ask for progress updates at any point during the commission.

  • The fully rendered commission will have one check in at sketch, one at flat colours, and a final check in at shading.

  • The sketch commission will have one check in for posing.

  • At each check in, you may ask for adjustments or fixes. Please be warned that adjustments beyond two times or major changes (past the sketch stage) will result in additional charge. To avoid this, please let me know all adjustments at a time.

  • Please ensure you are timely with your messages! I will respond typically within 1-3 days, if not less.

  • I will not move forward with the next stage of your commission until you give me an OK, so by responding quickly I can also finish your commission faster!

  • Minor adjustments at the end can be made. Major adjustments will be subject to additional charge- it is up to the commissioner to ensure all major adjustments are made PRIOR to colouring (or at the posing check in for the sketch commission).

payment

  • I accept payment through paypal. I will send you an invoice.

  • I will only send you an invoice when I am ready to start your commission.

  • I will start the commission only when the full payment has been received- payment is expected upfront.

  • Any extra charges (eg. extra adjustments, extra detailing, rush commissions, etc) must be paid before I move ahead.

  • Full refunds will only be given before I've started my sketch. Refunds will not be issued after.
